Lídia and the space at Tantra Girona
One therapist, two rooms and a way of working made for a small city.
Who is Lídia?
A tantric therapist trained in therapeutic massage and in tantra, lingam and yoni, and the person who performs every individual session at Tantra Girona. She works in English, Spanish, Catalan and French.
What is discussed before is what happens after: every session starts with five minutes of guidelines, continues on the table with hot oil and only then moves to the lingam or yoni, the chair or the tatami.

For four-hands couples sessions she works with a trusted female and male therapist.
What is the space like?
Two connected rooms in the city of Girona, no sign: the main one with table and tantric chair, the second with tatami and futon, plus a private shower. There is no waiting room because two people never coincide.

Appointment only, one client per slot, guidelines first, impeccable hygiene and mutual respect.
